cooked rice
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 325°.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Then blend in milk, sugar, gelatin, vanilla, and salt.
Stir in cooked rice. Then pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Gently stir from the bottom, continue baking for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
